Appointment Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please review our policy below:

Cancellation/Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours before your scheduled time for a full refund.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not be eligible for a refund.

No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, the session will be considered a "no-show," and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Late Arrival: Please note that if you arrive late for your appointment, your session will still end at the scheduled time. The time will begin counting from your original appointment time, and the full service fee will apply.
